My wife and I really loved their pizza. We tried them last week 2/3/23 at Monkish Brewing and were really happy with our choices. I got the Bacon White pie, and it tasted great coming fresh out of that fmwood stoked oven. My wife had the Veggie and felt the same.The crew here worked quickly, and the wait time was minimal. I had Danny and his team catered for my gf's birthday celebration. They made the whole event hassle free. All we needed to do was show up and have a big appetite. The pizzas were delicious and, of course, the dessert as well. The presentation was on "point" if I may add. They are very professional and gave excellent customer service. We had Felice Italian Catering for our wedding, and our guests absolutely loved it! Danny and team were so kind and most importantly, QUICK. Our guests didn't have to wait around forever for their food. And lets talk about the food. Every single dish was absolutely amazing. My favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza, but you really can't go wrong with anything. I have guests still commenting about how delicious the food at our wedding was! After shopping for a Brick Oven Pizza caterer for 2 weeks I finally found a true gold nugget amongst all the rest! The event was a surprise party for my girlfriend and words cannot describe what a memorable, special and TASTY event Chef Daniel and his team created for this very special occasion! From my first conversation with Danny, I felt like he was an old friend that had my back. Professional, polite, creative and honestly one of the best chefs I've had the pleasure of enjoying. The appetizers were amazing!(Sautéed Mushrooms wrapped in bacon! I thought guests were gonna start wrestling for the last one)The pizzas were some of the best I've ever had and all the "Foodie's" were going bananas! The Cannoli... This review is for the food truck that was at Monkish on 10/21/2022. An absolute phenomenal Za. Not even exaggerating (okay probably some hyperbole) but this was probably one of the best tasting pies I've had in the South Bay - top 5 easily - AND IT WAS FROM A TRUCK. Excellent crisp and leoparding on the crust. Sauce had great tang and toppings tasted legit. I couldn't notice the cheese too much - sort of made me wish I got a Margherita instead to taste the core flavors more. This would be improved if basil was a complimentary topping for all pizzas if requested.What really really won me over is that crust. It was do savory and crispy - made me wonder if it was cold fermented for at least 3 days because it had a mellow sourdough-esque flavor that made me enjoy the Za to the very last bite of crust.I do wish the pizza was priced a little less (12" was $16) or if there were combo deals like $30 for a pie and wings. $40 pie, wings, parm fries which would be a great platter to share with 2 people yknow. My husband and I are huge foodies. I've traveled all around the world and he is Italian. We know food. We can safely say that Felice Catering's pizzas are the best we have ever had. Not just in Los Angeles, but in the world. They are so good, that we chose them to cater the most important event: our wedding. EVERYONE raved about the food. Everyone. But not only the food, the service too. Danny (the owner) goes above and beyond to make you feel like the most important person in the world when he is around. We had (myself included) a bunch of vegan and gluten-free guests, and he made specialized pizzas for them. Everyone was amazed, and kept coming to us saying: the chef is incredible! We had my sons 21st birthday this weekend and Danny came with his wife and niece. He came completely equipped with everything he needed even a wood-fired oven for the pizzas. His customer service was impeccable and extremely service oriented. He catered to my entire family and came totally prepared. His food and appetizers were outstanding and there was no shortage of food. He had so many toppings for the pizzas it was so hard to choose what to put on it. Love love love everything about this catering service. First the pizzas were unbelievable! I've never had pizza this amazing. Danny and his staff were so professional. They were so accommodating. I used them to cater my kids birthday party because my kids favorite food is pizza! Danny allowed kids to make their own pizzas. We got to order whatever pizzas we wanted and they cooked the pizzas for us right then and there. It was so fun. All the guests were blown away by the food and kept telling me the whole night they never had pizza that was this good. I highly highly recommend this caterer. We hired Danny to cater our son's Welcome Party for our wedding guests at Trademark Brewing in Long Beach, CA. He did a fantastic job, far exceeding our expectations. Our guests loved the 8 different pizza combos he offered and the two salads. And did I say cannoli?! They were wonderful.
