Did you know ...
All Federal Income Tax is Voluntary, Not Mandatory according to the 16th Amendment.
The United States Supreme Court has consistently ruled that the Income Taxes and Tax is on "Profits and Gains", NOT on "Wages from Labor".
And ...
The United States Constitution strictly forbids direct unportioned taxes on the "Wages from Labor" of the American Citizens.
It is because "Wage given for "Labor" is Not a person's "Profit" or "Gain".
It is considered an "Equal Barter" between people doing business with each other even though there is an exchange of money.
So by having to hand over 40% of what you equally bartered for in wages is actually theft and a fraud.
- That is why Federal Taxes on Americans has to be written as a "Voluntary Tax" and NOT Mandatory Tax.
So how does the IRS get away with bulling people and garnishing their wages?
Because the IRS is Not Federal they work for the owners of the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank that the US government is in debited to for $20 Trillion as of 2017.
