Amber has the absolute most welcoming personality and she gets to know each and every one of her customers like family! I have felt like I belong in the store since the moment I first stepped in. She is so full of important skincare information and loves to share that knowledge with her clients. I have recently begun to use her skincare line - Ethyst - and have been SO impressed with the way it makes my skin feel and the improvements that I have seen. From face wash to lotion and eye serums, my face has never felt or looked so great. Ethyst is my new favorite hydration oil! I like my skin care to be as natural as possible and not smell intense. This is so hydrating and the scent is divine and subtle! This product has been perfect after witch hazel nightly. I don’t use cleanser more than a couple times a week or I break out in acne—but when I do, this ties into my skin care routine beautifully. I finally made it into Bella for the first time. I think I’d put it off for so long because it’s always disappointing to go into the boutique shops only to find they don’t carry anything larger than a medium or junior sizing. This was NOT the case here! I found Be Bella to be friendly, affordable and so much to choose from. The biggest problem I had was deciding what I was going to save for next time. Eleni is amazing!!!!! I have never had such a fun time buying a bra. Eleni has such a great energy about her that you can't help but smile and laugh right along with her. I found 3 bras that I loved, were they a bit pricey, yes. But when you think about it in the long run it will be worth it. I left feeling like I didn't even have a bra on, I didn't even know that was possible. I was very disappointed with my experience here. I bought three bras at a cost higher than I have ever paid for bras. I explained my issues and was not listened to. Out of desperation, i suggested that a bra extender might help. Iwas told they didnt have any but could get ONE at a cost of $5.00. I went to a JOANNE’s and bought three for that price. I really think that considering i was not fitted properly and spent approximately $175, that they would have given me a bra extender at no cost. I will not return. More...
