The FBK mission is to assist you with learning proper health and fitness techniques and how to incorporate exercise into your daily life with or without my presence. The human body performs functional movements daily, which is why I am certified through PPSC (Pain-Free Performance Certification) to assist you with getting stronger while training correctly and free of pain. Every clients first session will be a Fundamental Training Assessment to analyze movement pattern by completing 3 basic compound movements: squat, bench press and deadlift. This helps set every client up for success for their fitness journey.
We will practice progressive overload with my customized programs and keep everyone organized with custom FBK Log Books, I will also provide resources to nutritionist (meal plans). I'm forever your biggest fan!

I am an ex professional basketball player.

The transition between no longer playing and figuring out the corporate world inspired me to start my own lane.

I am the coach that will change your life and the way you view fitness forever. I am a coach that understands aesthetics are a plus, but how you feel is even more important. Correct form and correct movement is extremely important to me. As we perfect movement, then we will continue with adding weight and getting stronger (progressive overload).

Transitioned to a much bigger gym so my clients and I can have our own space. Keep Lysol wipes and spray present throughout session as well as hand sanitizer. Mask are optional.

Want to test out a few sessions before committing to a package? In and out of town? Slowly getting back into a groove? Start off with a FBK Drop-In Session. This package includes 1 session that you have 1 week to use.

This session consist of 60-75 minutes of in-person training with a small group of no more than 4 clients. Includes different styles of workouts completed at your own rate of speed, intensity and ability.

This package includes 12 sessions that you have 4-weeks (1 month) to complete.

Each 1-on-1 session ranges from 60-75 minutes with my utmost attention. They include different styles of workouts completed at your own pace that are 100% safe and programmed to your specific needs, ability and goals vs. completing a general group setting workout.

Please note, it is mandatory to hold yourself accountable and attempt to train minimum 3x per week for ultimate RESULTS!

This package allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds by training with me in-person AND online. You will have access to 12 sessions; 6 group training sessions (in-person) and 6 online sessions that you have 4-weeks (1 month) to complete.

New dual clients will receive an invitation link via email to create an online account. Your account will assist us with staying organized, accessing your workouts, track/log your progress and direct contact to me and other athletes for any questions or concerns you may have.

Demo videos of how to correctly perform each movement, with detailed form cues and set ups are available with online workouts (home and gym).

This package includes 12 sessions that you have 4-weeks (1 month) to complete.

If you lack the motivation to workout alone or simply just don’t like working out alone, this is the package for you.

This package includes 12 sessions that you will have 4-weeks to complete, round trip mileage, PLUS a FBK product of Kelli’s choice every month.

This is a 1:1 program where I am your online coach. This package consist of 4 weeks (16 sessions) of me creating a customized program for the month based on your specific goals, fitness experience, equipment availability, schedule and limitations.

What does online training with FBK entail?

- A full month of programming via TrueCoach. New online clients will receive an invitation link via email to create an account.

- Before starting your specific program, we will get on a FT/Zoom call to analyze your movement patterns and goal set. New workouts are uploaded every other Sunday evening via TrueCoach.

- Direct contact to me and other athletes via TrueCoach where you can send me daily form checks and ask me any questions you may have.

- A 15 minute weekly check-in call with me to talk about progress, program execution, any questions, concerns or needs for modifications (if needed).

- Demo videos of how to correctly perform each movement, with detailed form cues and set ups.

- Bonus: Option to complete a live at-home workout via Zoom, twice at week at 7AM (Tues & Thurs).
