Fast service by Rony at the Arvada Fazoli's restaurant. I went in to order meatballs and sauce because they don't have gluten-free pasta (yet), and I wanted some meatballs with sauce. The meatballs were excellent! I asked for extra sauce on them, and I received a little more sauce (not as much as I was expecting), but both sauce and meatballs were tasty. I just wanted to share this super sweet gesture. My parents went on vacation to visit some family and unfortunately I had to stay home and work. When they said they were going to go to Fazoli’s I of course insisted they bring me home some breadsticks! So while at the restaurant my dad went up to get some breadsticks to bring home to me and the amazing staff at the Arvada, Colorado location brought my dad this bag filled with breadsticks and this sweet note! I ate there the other day service was amazing although they were extremely busy due to a birthday party. the manager made sure my order was good. today I went through the drive-thru and the guy manager was a little bit rude I asked for a baked fettuccine alfredo with you before me they did not make any more but to come to the window and he would figure it out. I would have been fine with ordering the baked trio but he said he could figure it out would have to charge me an extra I got a half empty fettuccine would not very much sauce or cheese and for tiny balls of chicken. although I appreciate the effort to want to create the entree. the rude attitude and the extra charge for not a complete meal or something I could have done without More...
