We help individuals diagnosed with giftedness, 2e, dyslexia, dysgraphia, AD/HD, ODD, dyscalculia, anxiety, high functioning Autism, memory problems, and minor traumatic brain injury (m TBI) improve their executive function skills. We customize our services to meet our client's individual needs.

Executive Function Coaching is offered to individuals of all ages, 5-75. We work with children, teenagers, and adults. We help our clients create better habits so that they can improve their performance in school, work, or home. Executive Function Coaching helps improve working memory, focus, meta-cognition, thinking speed, impulse control, task initiation, flexibility, time management, long-term and short-term planning, prioritization, organization, problem solving, visual awareness, emotional awareness, as well as goal setting and follow through.

Hypnotherapy - This is a service offered to anyone wanting to work reducing anxiety, improving memory and concentration or any other topic of their choice.

Webinars - We offer customized Webinars for students, parents, teachers and professionals working in the field of education.
