I would love to say they're delicious, but the fact is they were scheduled to be at my office and never showed up. I hear the food is amazing, but I'm now without a lunch until I leave the office in about 5 hours.

I had the spicy ramen (level 2) and it was sooooo good. There's a lot of flavor, seasoned just right, the noodles cooked just right, the pork was tender and also flavorful. The best ramen I've had so far.

They were delicious- ramen was very large portions and reminded us of Taiwan. Also the curry korokke was yummy and we really enjoyed the crunchy sushi rolls. This was my first time eating at Fatty Tuna. I have to say that the food was not like I expected. I got the Spicy Ramen and I payed for additional beef and additional noddles. I got a whole lot of noodles and only 3 tiny slices of beef. The BBQ Pork Bun was also drenched in oil. Couldn’t even finish it. I recommend trying and eating EVERYTHING! You will be much happier and blessed to have eaten such beautiful and tasty food. My favorite is their Vegas roll; fresh fish, rice, and ingredients with a crisp crunch that I could eat all day EVERYDAY! They are by far the best foodtruck in Utah. If they’re close to you, go!
