PLEASE BE SAFE! This lady is very insulting and very nasty. She tried to act so and like she is listening to concerns. However, she does not take responsibility for her employees.

She insulted me after I refused to listen to excuses anymore after 3 separate cleaning a of complaints, most of which where the same issues. Even after she offered a discount and I said no, please just do a correct job. It was not about the money, it was about the service!

After refusing to confirm today’s appointment I told her not to send anyone, the ladies showed up anyway and unfortunately my children let me in. In less then two hours they supposedly cleaned a 5 bedroom, 3/1.5 bath single family home. There was no mopping, no changing the trash, no wiping the tables, no wiping the counters, etc,

Please, please read all reviews before hiring a company, I wish I would have. This woman is awful. SHE IS ALSO VERY DISHONEST. She is claiming that we did not want to pay, however that is so far from the truth. Not only did we refuse her offer of a discount last time, only requesting to to PLEASE CLEAN OUR HOUSE PROPERLY - I offered for her to come back today and clean properly. She refused and told me I should have been confrontational with her employees l. Then proceeded to verbally assault me, attempt to shame me and I had to block her number she was texting me so many horrible things More...
