Fat Jack’s Chicken & Fish

I came through the drive thru today and waited over an hour with no exaggeration and still didn’t get any food. The person in front of me kept saying hello and got no response. The car behind me left and I did shortly after. If you can’t serve your drive thru customers then shut it down. That was a whole hour wasted of my day. I can’t say how the food taste because I have yet to try it. They lost money from myself and the person behind me. Was referred by someone that gave rave reviews. We went about 7 pm last night. Lady at the register was very polite and attentive. I wasn't a fan of the big jumbo shrimp.
