I had to arrange catering for a four-day conference. Fat Freddy's made this year's adventure easier than I could have imagined. Great menus, wide selection, top-notch guidance, I could not have asked for more. When the food arrived it was on-time every time. It was well prepared and well presented. Delivered by courteous staff. On top of all that I have mentioned, each day's selection was delicious and I never seemed to find myself with much leftovers. The brisket especially! That disappeared in no time. To top everything off I had to deal with a last minute schedule change. The conference was going to end early on the fourth day and I needed to switch the catered lunch to a catered breakfast. Fat Freddy's came through again. We chose Fat Freddy's to catering our wedding and.... I don't even know where to begin....it was THAT good!Kandyce was such a breeze to work with. Any questions we had were answered within minutes of asking them. She has such an inviting and bubbly personality which made the whole catering process fun. We always looked forward to coming into the office to meet with her.The food was absolutely out of this world! Our family and friends were so impressed and kept asking who catered the wedding! FFC is the peak of culinary excellence. Their professionalism, personal caring service started on my initial phone call. Kandyce walked me through menu options she felt suitable for our special occasion. I was blown away by the fast time they set up our party and every detail was completed in a timely fashion. My reason to review was revealed when I raised the top of the chafing dished on our buffet. The abundance of food was highlighted by the array of colors of fresh vegetables their chef selected. At my event friends, family saluted me, as if I painstakingly prepared the feast. Fat Freddys prices are as competitive as any other local catering but you will be hard pressed to find any other catering service that truly puts your needs before their own. More...

Fat Freddy's Catered our annual fundraising gala on April 21, 2018 for 250 people. Knowing we are a non profit on a limited budget, Fat Freddy's gave us a great price on their service, which allowed us to put more of the money raised at the gala toward our programs. Anyone who has planned a large event knows how stressful it can be managing multiple vendors and tons of details. Fat Freddy's was always responsive and answered every question (sometimes multiple times :))we had quickly and effectively. The day of the event, they arrived on time, and started setting up immediately. Fat Freddy's provided us with two buffet style tables of food as well as servers for drinks and clearing tables. They were not only nice, but super on top of everything all night. They packed up and cleaned their area quickly and left it cleaner than they found it making our job super easy at the end of the nightWe had nothing but RAVE reviews about the food from our guests (and staff!). They were able to provide a wide variety of options for people with dietary restrictions without sacrificing quality. Both the main courses and desserts were delicious. Absolutely hands down BEST caterer in town! The brisket, chicken marsala and their creamy potatoes is still the talk of our wedding last weekend in DC Ranch. The staff were so attentive and so professional in every way. We couldn't have asked for a more splendid evening to be topped off with such a great tasting dinner!! Fat Freddy's catered my wedding. They went above and beyond. Dan (Dan the man if you will) was the only employee that came to cater and he did amazing. You could tell Dan loved his job and wanted to be there. He was professional, personable, and he made sure everything was perfect. It was. We had a destination wedding so we didn't get to try the food before the wedding. It was hands down the best wedding food we have ever had. The food was HOT when we were ready to eat(which was later than planned because photos took longer than expected:). The chicken was amazing, the carrots were done perfectly, the garlic mashed potatoes were so good(keep in mind that I don't even like mashed potatoes!) This catering company has it down. Had a great experience with Fat Freddy's. Was kind of in a pinch for food for a large (60+) people gathering at our house. Called with less than a two weeks notice and was helped by Darci. She was able to suggest a menu with a few different entrees that would accommodate all of our guests dietary needs. The day of the event, the servers showed up early and created a beautiful buffet line. They even assisted with setting up some of my own food items. They were helpful with clearing plates and overall cleanup at the end of the night. They even packaged the small amount of leftovers into to go containers for us. The food was excellent, got many compliments from guests throughout the night. The brisket and mac and cheese were the two most mentioned items, but as a vegetarian I had the grilled vegetables and gnocchi both of which were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Fat Freddy's to anyone, and will use them again in the future. More...
