I was told my drycleaning would be done Thurday at 5:30. I came Friday morning. It wasn't ready...they said , "we're very busy" -- rather lame, with no apology whatsoever. When I did return to pick up the cleaning....it had to be the following week.....I mentioned that I was quite disappointed, got the same lame excuse "we're very busy" and when I hinted that perhaps they give me a discount for my inconvenience, no reaction whatsoever...as they say, "bummer" More...
