Fashion Flowers

Went into the shop to see what they had to offer. I saw this driver going to deliver a gift basket. Wow now that was different and caught my eye. I was helped by a lady and she was nice in helping me to pick out just the right mix of goodies. She wrapped it up nicely and I took it to my friend and when she saw it show was like WOW!!! So Update:I posted a negative review in regards to a delivery I received the other day. They came as mostly green leaves and bent/old flowers and just didn't look good.  Fashion flowers contacted me the next day and was happy to correct the problem and sent me a beautiful arrangement of flowers that definitely stands out. Sam & Penny not only did a great job with the arrangement, but also waited after hours for me to come pick it up when the delivery service couldn't make the delivery. This is my favorite place in North Carolina to shop. The people are so professional and like family that I can't help but to write a good review and spread the good word about this business. I asked for a delivery order and I got a prompt response for the flowers with enough time notice and the people over here were so professional and considerate of what choices of flowers I like. I don't have words for how kind, generous and professional the people over at Fashion Flowers are. Yesterday, we found out that my girlfriends  mother would be alone for the holidays. We are visiting my family on Ohio and couldn't make it out to see her.  Usually, her SO is with her, but because of as last minute hospital visit, she was forced to spend the holiday by herself. After calling just about every other florist in Charlotte, we happened upon Fashion Flowers. Not only did the owner of Fashion Flowers stop her own holiday plans to make a custom bouquet, she hand delivered on of the most beautiful bouquets We've ever seen.  To say it made my girlfriend's mom's day would be an understatement. I can't thank the people at Fashion Flowers enough. Their professionalism and caring nature made someones holiday very special. I highly recommend these people and the amazing work they do. To reiterate on Danny's review, I was beyond impressed with Fashion Flowers. My mom was having a really rough Christmas, she was sick and her husband was in the hospital. When my boyfriend found Fashion Flowers online and requested a bouquet be sent over to my mom, they were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help make my mom feel special. This was a last minute request, on the afternoon of Christmas day. They were flexible, professional, and their service was incredibly quick. Not only did they deliver a gorgeous, fragrant holiday bouquet, but they also sent over a complimentary poinsettia to top it off, absolutely unexpected.  Thank you Fashion Flowers for saving the day, and bringing some joy to my mom on Christmas. I needed to make a last minute purchase over the phone for a Get Well gift basket for a friend. I had never seen or heard of Fashion Flowers/Gift Basket Collection (sister company) before other than reviews stated on Google and I couldn't be happier! Fashion Flowers took my order and the staff was able to come up with a gorgeous gift basket based on my description and need. It was exactly what I had in mind from the selection of gourmet fruits and snacks. The staff was very professional and I appreciate the quick delivery confirmation. I used this florist to send my husband a candy bouquet for our 20 year wedding anniversary. We live in Minnesota but he just so happened to be down in NC on a vacation with our son. (Dad and Son bonding). I had the bouquet delivered to his friends house whom he happened to be spending his last night with before flying home and it was our actual anniversary. However his friend had left for a quick trip to the store when the driver and attempted delivery so a note was the left that the delivery would happen the next day ( after my husband would be gone) I called the florist and talked to her, she was super helpful and understanding. She personally said she would deliver the bouquet. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, I'm writing this prior to hearing what it actually looks like. So impressed with the team at fashion flowers. They are so helpful. Their customer service exceeds anyone I've ever dealt with when ordering blooms. Robby, the delivery man is so sweet and I spoke with tommy on the phone who was great.You won't be disappointed, so give them a call.
