I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4). Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry. They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds). Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests. Stained linens were put on beds. Cleaners entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout. There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up. When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so. Additionally, Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete. I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted. I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time. This lady is just out to get our company. It's sad when a small business owner tries to stomp on another small business. We did good work for her and her Airbnb. We left her company after the rate of $55-$65 was too low for the amount of work and checklist she wanted to be done. Her rates should be at least $99 a unit. The units are 1 bedroom, with a kitchen, full bath, and laundry. It's not that she is a bad person or owner, we as a company felt the price of her units was too low. If she was to up her price in the future we might consider doing business again. We thank her for the experience at her Airbnb as she was one of our 1st clients. We now manage over 50 properties in the valley. We invite you to find us on Turno and Let's Do Business! This is sad that this business owner is choosing to attack us in this way but really she is upset that we left. I'm sorry Sarah and I hope you find a new cleaning crew as awesome as ours! Take Care!

House Cleaning

Appointment made 2 weeks before service scheduled and confirmed with credit card several days before. One hour after the service people were to arrive, I had to call the office and aske why no one showed up. I was given multiple excuses and asked why they had not notified me that morning of a problem when I texted my gate codes. Will not consider using them in the future!
Cannot give no stars, so forced to give one.

Katie is completely right the service that was given was unacceptable. We take full responsibility in this poor customer service. At the time the company was missed managed, and we have changed hands to new and better management to service our customers. This is not the impression we want to give to the cleaning world. All of our services are provided in person and with an attention to detail. As much as we would love to clean remotely, we just don't have access to that technology as of yet. If you know some way to clean a home remote, let us know.

Pro-Tips
We’ve done a lot of move-in/move-out cleanings and know a thing or two about making sure they go smoothly!

Leave a key: Most move-in/move-outs are for empty homes. It can feel like an eternity waiting through an hour-long arrival window in an empty house. Especially if the Internet has been shut off! Because of this, we always suggest leaving a key to get in. Either under the mat, in the mailbox, or in a lock-box if ones available. Just let us know in the comments where the key will be. 🙂
