I bought my dress in 2020 with Caitlyn, and I cannot recommend her and Fantastic Finds enough. I just had my wedding after postponing due to COVID and loved my dress even more than the day I picked it. They were mindful of my budget and had a wide variety of styles and sizes to pick from. I purchased my wedding dress here and was thrilled. My dress is beautiful, and my consultant was amazing. However, the experience with my bridesmaids dresses has been a nightmare. The consultant that helped with the bridesmaids dresses, I believe her name was Bobbie, needs a new job. She didn’t help us find any of the dresses or offer any suggestions, we just ran free - fine. But after finding the dress we all loved with no help from her she managed to find a way to body shame all 6 of my bridesmaids. Every one of them has a different shape and size and no matter if they were a size 0 or plus size, she had some absolutely rude comment to say to them and was not quiet about it. She made everyone size up significantly, more so than they were comfortable with. I understand it’s easier to alter a dress smaller if it’s too big than the other way around, but these dresses are 2-3 sizes too big. They are spending serious money having to completely reconstruct the dress because they are swimming in them - bust, waist, hips, all of it. Seriously, the 20% off discount they got for me having had bought my wedding dress there doesn’t even come close to how much money they are having to spend on alterations that shouldn’t have been that severe in the first place. Also - make sure you go WAY in advance to shop for dresses because when my bridesmaids’ dresses came in, the dresses were two different colors, on the same dress. Fantastic Finds did rectify that issue for me but the stress and financial strain that my bridesmaids have to endure because of one consultant’s inadequacy and unprofessionalism is not worth it. I was so nervous coming in not knowing what to expect. Samantha was the perfect consultant, made wedding dress shopping so fun and exciting! She asked what I liked, I had no idea what I wanted but had a vision ever since I was a little girl of my dream wedding gown. Samantha helped me find the most gorgeous dress I’ve ever dreamed of! Visited Fantastic Finds yesterday in hopes to find a maid of honor, mother of the bride and flower girl dress for my sisters upcoming wedding. We had an appt for 4p, when we arrived we were told they’d be right with us and to have a seat. 20 minutes had passed by and we were yet to be seated for our appointment. The bride kindly got up and asked if we could at least start browsing the formal wear room to get an idea of styles and the girls behind the desk were so rude, condescending & unpleasant with their response of “no” that we all immediately felt like we wanted to leave. Yet, we waited because we knew we had committed to the appointment. Samantha was our consultant and if I could give less then 1 star I would. She made everyone feel beyond uncomfortable. She didn’t listen to what we were wanting or feeling comfortable in. At one point the mother of the bride tried on a dress she liked very much, but the dress was ripped down the entire side seam. Instead of listening Samantha said great I’ll bag this up now and the MOB explained to he the dress flaws and she so rudely responded “Where” with an eye roll and pure doubt like we were lying to her. She clearly was trying to push floor models to be sold instead of offering us what we liked to be ordered which was possible with our date. Next the maid of honor got on her phone to show her dresses from THEIR website that she liked and wanted to try. Samantha completely disregarded the request and didn’t show her a single one. If that wasn’t enough, there was another consultant, Larissa, that helped the maid of honor with some questions she had. She was so kind!! BUT as soon as Samantha saw her interacting with our party (because Samantha was no where to be found) she was rude & snapped at this poor girl that was only trying to help. I the maid of honor found a dress I loved, but due to Samantha’s attitude, sales tactic and countless of inappropriate comments I left empty handed. I was ready to buy the $300 dress from the store, but left and found it else wear to purchase because my stomach was in knots with how poor of an experience was just had. We all were actually speechless about how we were just treated. I will never return to this shop nor will I recommend for future friends and family looking for bridal and formal wear. More...

I would highly recommend Donna. I cannot say enough good things about my appointment with her. I showed her pictures of 3 dresses, gave a few notes on things I like/don't like, and she had ideas right away. The first dress I put on was magical. We went through the process of trying different styles, but in the end, it was the first dress that I chose. Donna has such a good instinct for how to help brides feel the most beautiful in their dress as well as for what dress options may compliment a bride's style. Driving home to Ludington from downstate, we thought we might stop in GR, but googled and found you instead! We phoned and sweet Abby told us to come on ahead, and we let her know we were on a time crunch and budget--she was GREAT! Super person as a first contact 🤩 You're store is beautiful! Donna was mindful of our time and quickly and effectively nailed down several options. Heidi tried on 5-6 dresses, and we were on our way in less than 25 minutes! Wow! We even bought some beautiful earrings to match. We were extremely happy with our purchases and the top-notch care from Abby & Donna, and would totally recommend your shop!
