I have been searching for ceiling fans for months and feeling like I was never going to find what I wanted...I now feel silly that I never stopped by Fan Diego while doing my search. Today I worked with Louis Dudash and he was amazing, super patient and very knowledgeable! He listened to what I wanted and showed me many options. I am very particular about I want, but Louis was able to point me in the right direction, help me narrow down my choices and I was able to purchase all 4 ceiling fans in just one visit to the store! I also appreciated that he was not pushy at all. After all the time he spent working with me, I never felt pressured to buy if I wasn't ready. I couldn't recommend this place enough, not only because they have one of the latest selections we have seen while looking for fans but their customer service is worth every penny. After we explained to them what we were trying to do, They we're able to give us their recommendations on 4 fans that work perfectly for each room.Jessica was the first person to walk us through what we needed to do. She was very kind and personable and listened to what we were trying to accomplish attentively. I felt confident we were purchasing the best fans for our needs.I even accidentally ended breaking one of the blades to a fan and Marco was amazing with helping me resolve the issue and he helped me get them replaced free of charge! The fact that he went out of his way to call the manufacturer and inquire about the warranty of the fan is the reason I will be sending anyone looking for a fan to them. The store is large with lots of fans installed so you can listen to them and feel the air movement they produce. When I walked in, Alberto was busy on the computer but he immediately stopped what he was doing, greeted me, and focused on my requirements for a light/fan combo for a rental unit. He suggested a nice, quiet, reasonably-priced unit from their large selection, but I asked for something similar with a remote. He had the perfect unit. We had been searching for a ceiling fan for our kitchen for some time. We found it really difficult to compare fans online. Some sites have all of the relevant information like CFM and light intensity/color. The number of choices is overwhelming. We decided to try out a bricks and mortar store that specializes in fans. So glad we did. Louis greeted us and listened to what we were looking to buy. He didn't try to upsell us on some of the beautiful, decked out fan models in the store. He did help us narrow down to a few options that fit all of our requirements. We ordered on line and had it dropped shipped to our house. Very pleasantly surprised the fan showed up ahead of promised delivery time frame and it was nice that Louis followed up to see if it showed up damage-free. We recently purchased 3 ceiling fans from Fan Diego from their San Diego store. Initially, we were disappointed with the lack of follow-up service that we received from our salesperson (he promised to call when inventory arrived and we never heard back from him. ) I then contacted the store manager, Andrew directly and he was highly responsive and professional. After going to Home Depot, Lowes and many other stores for a dining room light and a fan for my office I couldn't find what I wanted. I saw a commercial for Fan Diego and went the next day. Alberto took great care of us. He was there when I had questions but he also gave us our space to look around. I asked to look at some magazines while I was in there and he offered us stools to sit on while we flipped through the pages. I ended up finding great lighting thanks to Alberto. He was a great help when it came to the lights, I showed him a pictures of the rooms they were going in and he helped me match my decor. We have shopped at Fan Diego for 26 years. We built 6 houses and furnished each one with fans. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a new contemporary ceiling fan from FanDiego a few days ago with the intention of installing it ourselves. My husband had decided to purchase the fan from a "live" source for this reason, as opposed to shopping online to perhaps save a few dollars. Of course we had some installation issues and called Albert at the Claremont Mesa location where we had purchased the fan. I called to inquire about my Casablanca fans and service. No longer available. Company is gone, merged with another. ALBERT was AWESOME. He explained the fan dynamics and the *why* on blade style and number of blades. He showed me all the options and blade sizes (very important and based on room size). I picked out three new fans that are not only energy efficient they are QUITE. No ambient noise. (Never had that in my home, but aware) There is more to a fan than moving air. I have been shopping here for 28 years. That is how long one fan lasted. Style, options, energy efficient and the price is the same on line, but you can't hear it or see it in person. I looked up Fan Diego before I visited. I'm sure glad I did! That's how I knew to seek out Jessica! She is very knowledgeable and gave me great friendly service. ...They have a large selection of fans there! You're sure to find exactly what you need. The young gentleman working with her was just as eager to please. But Jessica has more knowledge of their inventory due to being there the longest. The young man had just started and was still learning the ropes. I could tell he'll be a good asset to the store, as he becomes more familiar with what they have to offer. Jessica guided me to just what I thought I needed for over my bed. A 6 speed, energy efficient fan with 3 blades and a built in light. It came with a remote control too!! That was a plus!!!. I needed a remote control for a ceiling fan and had difficulty finding it. I called several stores and no one could help. Then I called Fandiego and spoke to ALBERT and he found what I needed . I drove to their Clairemont location and showed me how to program the remote. I went home and followed his instructions and the remote worked perfectly!
