This happened Saturday, July 17 Normally we would highly recommend Tahoe Joes, but tonight’s experience was just horrible. We ordered dinner for two plus an extra cheesecake, for curbside pick up. We have done this many many times over the last few months, with no issues. Not this time. First, our order was supposed to be ready at 8:33, we arrived at 8:32 and pulled into the curbside pickup area as always. Usually someone comes out to get our name. Well, at 8:42 I finally had to call to inquire about our order. After a brief hold was told they were waiting for one more item. we finally got out of there at 8:50. I asked about bringing it to car (curbside pickup), was told I would have to come to the window. There were three people inside, so wasn’t sure why I would have to go to window. After a short debate, they agreed to bring to car. After a few more minute, someone came to car and asked for our name again. Seems like a happy ending, right? NOPE When we got home, I reached in lift bag off back set, only to have the bottom drop out. Food all over garage floor. The lid on the au jus was not on tight and the entire bottom of bag was soaking wet. Additionally, my back seat, which is a beige fabric, was saturated with the juice, which is not only wet, but BROWN. So now I have a stained back seat, half our food is on the floor of the garage. Still not end of experience. We ordered the dinner for two and an additional piece of cheesecake. Once I gathered everything off the garage floor and got it to kitchen, discovered that we did not receive our second piece of $7.99 cheesecake. The piece we did get is not edible, as it is covered with the au jus. We also did not get the sour cream, chives, butter for baked potato. So for $79.00, we got about half our dinner, no dessert, and I’ll have to get my back set cleaned, at what cost I don’t know. I hope this wasn’t some “revenge” for making them come to my car. Came here tonight for an early Father’s Day dinner checked in said it would be an 35-40 minute wait, fine dinner rush hour I get it. It was 110 outside and inside there was absolutely no AC very hot and uncomfortable, waitress was nice she took our orders brought us our salads and drinks didn’t t see her for about 45 minutes did not check in on us once. Finally got our food again she went missing we were finally done with our meals asked for a check ended up waiting for 30 minutes because there system was down, so finally she took down my cc number and said she would run payment when the system was back up did not offer a discount or comp for any inconvenience but did ask if we’d like to leave a tip ! I went ahead and left a tip because it really wasn’t her fault but we will never come back here ever very medeicore food and service very bad first impression all around More...

Had to eat right outside the door in the dark. Waitress was friendly but seemed scattered. Didn't offer us fill-ups on coffee, even after we asked for it, still didnt come. On a good note, however, Cheesecake was yummy! More...
