I just used Famous Carpet Care and I'm beyond happy with the experience. Eric, the technician showed up on time and did an amazing job. I was on vacation for a few weeks and my dogs destroyed our expensive rugs while we were gone. They got all the stains out and they look and smell like new again. Just had my carpet, chair, and sectional couch cleaned by Justin today. He did a great job and at a fair price. My furniture looks brand new. My carpet is 90% better but it's very inexpensive carpet and was extremely soiled so the remaining issues are not a representation of his work but more of my poor choice in having cheep carpet.

I'm very pleased with the this company and the owner Justin! Completely honest, didn't try to up-sell me anything like I've experienced with other companies. I just needed my carpets clean and they turned out amazing!! All my stains disappeared. It was done in about an hour but thorough. Very professional and top notch equipment. Very affordable! Justin was very helpful on my initial inquiry for carpet cleaning services. Was able to schedule me in for a 4 bedroom cleaning as well as 2 bathroom cleaning services with stairs and a landing. Available within a couple days time as I’m located about 35 minutes away from Simi Valley. Eric was on site and assisted with moving some of the heavier items to allow for a good high powered vacuuming! Very professional and knowledgeable, showing me what sets their service apart. The stairs were the highest traffic area and now they look close to new again. In this day and age you get what you pay for and these guys are A+++ in my book. More...

Famous Carpet Care was able to squeeze me in the very next day! I was so appreciative! We had just gotten home from our vacation and noticed that our Dog Sitter had let our dog free roam of the house but all the outside doors were locked while no one was home and so our dog could not get access to go potty for hrs, and while we could not locate the exact location of her unfortunate "accident" (urine) we could smell it. My extremely positive experience with Justin and his company started well before he arrived right on time to my home today. Due to my schedule I had to figure out the best day and time, and pivot on the spot at least twice. Justin was so communicative via email and text messages he never lost a beat! He accommodated my schedule, and (as I mentioned) arrived right on time.His machinery is impeccable, and him and his assistant so professional even though I just met him I felt comfortable going into my office (at my home), closing the door and leaving the process to him.
