We were having a party and I needed some help with all the things to do! Fairbanks was easy to book and pay online. I had requested 9am, but customer service called and asked if I could do 8AM instead due to the cleaner's schedule. Fine with me. Customer service was unremarkable in the best way possible! The cleaner had a hard time finding my place (GPS does this to everyone, says my address is the building next door) and I could call and text customer service to help.
