We will provide you strategic tax planning, compare long term goals with current financials, review notices and advise next steps, review quarterly estimated taxes, review quarterly financial statements, final review of tax status and documentation.
Personal Tax Preparation
Prepare federal, state, & local personal tax returns, suggestions for credits and deductions to be taken, maybe include schedule C, but not LLC activity taxed as a sole proprietorship, review of financials for red flags, final review of tax returns, includes 1 schedule E activities for rental properties, does not include financial statement preparation.
Business Tax Preparation
Prepare federal, state, & local business tax returns, suggestions for credits and deductions to be taken, includes LLC’s taxed as sole proprietorship, S-corps or C-corp., or S-corp., C-corp., or Non-profit activity, review of financials for red flags, final review of tax returns, does not include financial statement preparation.
