Fae's Florals did an INCREDIBLE job on our wedding flowers! We got so many compliments on the arrangements and they photographed so beautifully. Jennifer was so easy to work with. She was always very professional and responsive in all of our communication leading up to the wedding. I sent her inspo pictures of what I was looking for but was unsure about certain elements. She asked all the right questions to help me get a clear vision of what I was looking for. She was also very respectful of my budget, and did not recommend options that she knew would take me over my limit. I really appreciated that! On the day of the wedding, we chose to have a family member pick up the flowers from her instead of having them delivered. Because she wasn't at the venue, she took the time to make videos explaining how to attach certain things and how to hold the bouquets. I would 100% recommend Fae's Florals! Jennifer is so great to work with, and is such a talented florist. Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding day so beautiful! More...

I live in California and was looking for a same day delivery to New Braunfels, TX. Jennifer (the shop owner) went above and beyond for me. She was the only flower shop open on a Sunday and promised to help me if i found no other alternative for the day. Unfortunately i was unable to, but I'm glad i had her in my back pocket. She took care of everything for me mid afternoon on Monday and hand delivered out of her usual delivery area first thing Tuesday morning. I was stuck on a business trip and not able to be with my Girl on her Birthday...Wanted send her flowers today on her Birthday. ..I called several florists...who did not answer or return my call...Then I called and a happy voice full of energy answered named Jennifer..She and and I went back and forth on the right arrangement ... Later that evening she sent me samples of ones she was preparing for others..I changed it up at least 3 times.. Jennifer was always patient and joyful ..She is truly an Artist and Loves what she does...She then personally delivered the flowers and engaged my girl saying the sweetest words..Amazing experience..I will always send and do business with Jennifer ..She is one of a kind!!! Such beautiful arrangements and customer service is top notch!! I was surprised by my husband with a Dia de Los Muertos flower arrangement & Jennifer did such an excellent job! The colors meshed together so we'll it was so colorful down to the beautiful vase!I know some of my friends have needed last minute arrangements & she really steps it up to take care of their needs! I've known the owner for years and Jennifer never disappoints. She always goes above and beyond and her work is quality. She truly cares about making your event (whatever it may be) stunning. She's very personable. She works with you to create a vision and doesn't leave you hanging. If you've got questions she's there. She's made centerpieces for my catering events and I've been able to just tell her what I want and trust that it will look good and it will go with my theme without any worry. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to take someone's vision and make it come to life. I love to help give options and ideas of how to enhance floral designs with simple modifications.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been teaching floral design for over a decade and helping with weddings. I fell in love with helping clients and so I decided to follow my passion.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very genuine about each and every event. I put together every floral piece as though it is my own event.

Consultations and communication can be done via zoom, phone calls, emails and text. I provide a client portal to exchange documents and have a workspace that allows us to collaborate together on your vision.
