F45 Hunters Creek takes fitness and fitness instruction very seriously, while making it FUN! The instructors are professional, energetic and assist throughout the entire workout to help you make corrections or give motivation as needed. The multiple training stations keeps participants engaged because there are a variety of workouts during the class. You’re not just stuck in one spot.
