Being a person that has been extremely active throughout my whole life and under gone 6 major knee surgeries I always am looking for exercises that push me to my limit without injuring myself. I have tried several different workout routines and am also an avid runner, but nothing makes me work as hard as F45! It is a tabata based cardio and strength program that is 45 minutes of hard work with amazing coaches to push you! I highly recommend F45 to anybody!! Simply amazing More...

Ever since I moved to TN I started F45 - prior to that I have always been an avid cycler. However I wanted to try somewhere/something that I could build all over strength! Your first class is definitely hard but once you create consistency you realize how much strength you build over time!! I literally love going and I love everybody at this place! Robert, Micah, Brock, Brett, Ra’Shawn, Kelley and Mikaila are all great. It’s a fun place train to hit your goals. All the people who train are nice and work hard. I’m a former college strength coach and needed to change up how I did things and this has been perfect for for me. My goals are to build endurance, slim up a bit and increase lean muscle. I enjoy coming to train everyday and have been hitting my goals. I’ve went from 263 to 249 over the last two months while also gaining 4lbs of muscle during that time. More...

The coaches and staff there are so friendly! On top of that, the workouts are great for everyone (all levels of fitness). The place is a perfect setup for a group class and the equipment is brand new . They have workout towel service, which is a great touch and private showers available if you don’t want to get back in your car all sweaty.
