We have nationally certified personal trainers that guide you through each of our over 50 different classes, comprised of over 5,000 different movements.

I do not have enough good things to say about F45! The workouts are killer and the trainers are always there to push you a little further than you think you can go. The workouts are the perfect mix of cardio and strength. Being a lifelong athlete, I was missing feeling like a part of a team in adulthood. Nationally Certified Personal Trainers lead every class

Utilizing barbells, dumbells, sandbags, kettlebells, y-bells, medicine balls, slam balls, etc. to build lean muscle mass, increase metabolism and feel great!

HIIT style workouts designed to burn calories, increase heart rate, sweat, and help you feel great.

A 45-day health and wellness challenge designed to provide members with an overhaul of their health and well-being. Throughout this challenge (4 per year), the personal trainers guide each member through diet changes, exercise frequency, wellness improvement, and help all members achieve their goals (whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or achieve a specific goal).

Almost every class is 45 minutes in duration (with exception to Saturdays, which is 60 minutes). All classes are designed and pre-programmed so the member does not have to create their own workout or prepare for the day. All you have to do is show up with a good pair of shoes, a towel, facemask and a water bottle; and leave the rest to us!
