I tried to DIY my blog using Square Space. After 2-mos and trying to figure out Square Space I gave up. I mentioned my experience to a friend and he suggested that I reach out to Eyler Creative. After our initial conversation, I knew that I would be moving forward with Justin and his team. They translated my non-tech speak into tech speak. The team was very patient. We (MSCDA) came to Eyler Creative a few years ago with some very rough ideas as to how we wanted our online visitors to interact with our site. With those rough ideas, Justin and Christina were able to exceed our expectations with the look and feel of our website. We continue to be impressed with their responsiveness in a crisis. I sent an email late at night, expecting to get a response the next day, but Justin emailed back within the hour, ready to fix what was broken. For more than five years Eyler has managed the website for the Baltimore Museum of Industry, overseeing two design re-dos with great success. Their staff response time is excellent. I once accidentally deleted a page and emailed them frantically, and they had it restored within ten minutes. I've reached out on occasion after hours and received a similar quick response. In addition to their work on the website, Eyler staff was brought in to oversee a crowd-sourcing project, and was able to build it out in a way we had not thought of, to great success, and we turned the project into a permanent installation in the museum. They have done training with our staff to be able to make basic edits to the site, but we still use Eyler to handle bigger changes, and rely on their expertise for things like plugins and additional modules. Eyler Creative has been an unparalleled partner to CaringOn, a nonprofit I co-founded with the late Judy Davanzo to thank caregivers of advanced cancer patients by giving them a day to recharge, refresh, and renew. Eyler came into our lives five years ago in the middle of an emergency. We had hired a young student to update our website design and he lost much of our website language and architecture in the process. We were forced to take our website off-line and find a marketing firm who could jump in quickly and help us recreate our website in no time. Justin and Christina at Eyler performed the task brilliantly and redesigned our website and we were back up within a week. This began a strategic partnership that has rivaled no other. I’m not a computer savvy person, unless it means turning the computer on and off and if something short needs to be written, my two sentences becomes a novel. But, when a job I landed in brought me to Eyler Creative, one can’t get anymore blessed than that! Justin and Rebecca worked with me to create a beautiful and powerful website that truly reflects my brand. I reached out to Eyler Creative after reviewing their portfolio online.
