只重銷售、不管售後。呢幾個月嘅課程安排都係亂嘅。前台未搞清楚時間，就答係家長改嘅，乜嘢都係家長嘅問題。 要求校長解決，校長稱唔舒服不回電。我打比校長，校長又係講都係家長嘅問題。 我交左7月同8月嘅學費，課室唔比安排上堂嘅時間。一定要等到家長電話去約堂。 講左網課只安排一個小朋友，點知課室一個網上一個。 有小朋友來試堂，老師可以同家長傾半個鐘，上堂嘅小朋友一個人做功課。
