I love giving people tools to be free of anger, fear and anxiety. We all pick up different emotional challenges in our lives, we know we want them to change, we just don't know how? I help people access tool to get back in control of their reactions so they can be free to have the life and relationships they want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We can really suffer with our emotional challenges and there is such a negative approach on getting help. Most emotional challenges we face are not our fault but we can take action to change things.
