What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy taking care of the most important asset my clients have. I enjoy the quick thinking and solving problems. It feels great when a job is well done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always believed in giving more service for less. Not a popular idea when working with other property managers.

Knowledge, experience, and passion. I simply have an edge on all three. I hold an LL.M in U.S. Legal Studies with tax concentration from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. have been a licensed RE broker since 2007 and believe I only have one client, YOU!

Relocation- Finding suitable property for out of state or out of country tenants. Negotiating the lease, taking care of details to make sure the transition of moving to SF Bay Area is a smooth one. This service is used for corporations wanting to make sure that their employees are taken care of or individuals that want to make sure they are renting close to their new job with the best price. It is also used by military personnel.
Care Taking- This service is used for out of state or out of county owners who want to make sure their property is being taken care of in their absence (Flowers are watered, pets are fed, the mail is checked and so forth)
