Craig did an amazing job at our Halloween Party!! It was cancelled due to weather and we rescheduled at the last minute and he happily agreed to still DJ the event one day after he had surgery. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Watching the crowd. It is easy to see what they like or dislike. Just go with the flow. Sometimes they come up and ask for songs too.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I'm a club DJ so that is what I do with the show. I bring the dance club experience to your event.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a crowd go nuts on the dance floor because they are having such an awesome time!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out doing all the parties for my fraternity Tau Kappa Epsilon at UAB back in 1980 and people started offering to pay me to do parties for them. That was 42 years ago. I later owned the biggest dance clubs in Birmingham called Club Xotica and Ground Zero. The rest is history.
