We have purchased a number of items from Expressions over the past several months. Their customer service is exceptional. They call when they say they will and deliveries scheduled are always on time . We've had a couple of minor manufacturer issues and one service call. They handled everything very professionally. The entire team is helpful and friendly. The delivery people are friendly and make sure everything is to our satisfaction before they leave. We never felt rushed. Linda and I are extremely pleased with our new furniture. The delivery was right on schedule (actually a bit early) and everything looks great. We closed on our unit in the morning morning and had the delivery there before 1 pm. This was want we wanted to do but, without Expression's help, understanding and scheduling, it would have been impossible. Diane and the staff did a great job. It is very refreshing to work with a Company that operates as they do…50% down and balance on delivery says a lot about their confidence and desire to perform. When the delivery person indicated that he did not have the credit card swipe and said I could write a check or come by the store, it was like working with a "home town business" 25 years ago! I would recommend Expressions to anyone in the market for great furniture at a competitive price with superior service. It was a very pleasant experience and we will be back. More...

My husband and I had an excellent experience with this furniture store. Antoinette was especially great to work with. She went off our floorplan and quickly picked up on personalizing things based on what we liked. She gave us suggestions and guided us as we selected furniture, lamps, mirrors and pictures. She did a wonderful job of tying it all together. Much of the planning was done by emails and pictures. There were even a few items that we couldn't decide which one we liked best, so she sent them both with the delivery guys so we could actually see them. This is not your typical furniture store, and that is a good thing.  They don't stalk you when you arrive they let you browse, then when asked they are there to assist you in your needs. The prices are very reasonable, if they don't have it on the floor they have manufacture catalogs, fabric swatches etc.  We purchased a basset sofa with chaise, AWD dresser and Riverside desk. They go out of there way to try to get you what you need. So far we received the desk our sofa (made to order) and dresser are due in soon.  If you want a swanky store with high prices go downtown and pay for the address.  If you want quality, customer service and value then this is the place.  We worked with one of the owners Spencer for our couch he was very knowledgeable.  We came back and worked with Pat for the dresser and desk she was simply wonderful!  Highly recommend! Expressions salespeople were kind, patient and helpful.  Having shopping around in several other stores, I knew what company's recliner I wanted.  They helped me zero in on the model and fabric, taking time to call the manufacturer in Indiana to make sure what I wanted could be made to order.  I had several bad experiences as I shopped for the best deal because a) i was a single elder woman; b)shopping alone;  c) wanted not to be rushed and d) it was obvious that I was not going to buy a houseful of furniture.  In some cases, the salepeople denigrated my opinions, were aggressive about me deciding in a hurry, and used unacceptable language and business practices.  I began to wonder if the furniture world operated like used car lots until I sat down with the lovely saleswoman at Expressions, who chatted me up through the entire long process as I pored over books with models and fabrics.  Thanks to Expressions! Great furniture store. The sales staff is very friendly and thier delivery team is the best I have ever experienced. I was referred by my realtor, and now I tell everyone I know to check them out. I was really impressed with thier showroom and huge product selection they had. I ordered a custom sofa and it arrived in 3 weeks. Everyone else in town told we 6-8 weeks. I just wish I didn't bring down some of my furniture from up north, would have loved to do my whole hours. More...
