This company took my money, no one ever showed up and they have not been answering my calls since we’ve last spoken to agree on the service - yet they charged my card.

Hi Isabelle Ehui, We apologize for your frustration, however, you paid a $19 deposit for a cleaning service but you cancelled the service and you requested a refund of your deposit, which we refunded automatically back to your Master debit card ending in 4157. hence we do not understand how this is fraudulent. We have our receipts and proof that a refund was executed. Please be guided. thank you!

Yes, we provided our own cleaning equipment. The clients don't have to worry about buying or providing any cleaning equipment.

Our staff members are fully vaccinated. They receive daily temperature checks and wear a mask at each location the go too.
