Awesome arrangement of flowers I was able to pick up today for that special someone. She liked it a lot and Thanks to these guy's for making it happen for me. Amazing customer service is rare in Miami but here I found it. I called this morning for a last minute arrangement and they accommodate me without any hesitation even after I waited last minute before the driver left. They definitely live up to the name of "Express Flowers". Also I didn't see the flower arrangement before hand but once it was delivered my partner was extremely happy. I called to place an order for sunflowers this morning and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He told me that he only gets sunflowers every other week and then asked me where I'm having the flowers delivered.  I told him the location and he gave me an alternative flower store and told me if they can't help, call me back and I'll help you find another!!! WHAT?!? WHO?!? MIAMI, is it you!? And he did it with such pleasure and provided customer service as if I was buying from him from him right then.  So while I haven't ordered flowers from here yet, my next order will be from here (even tho I love the recommendation he game me)!! I never write reviews but this time I felt I needed too. I have never received a more beautiful bouquet of flowers... ever! Not only was the bouquet full with a plethora of blooming flowers, but the delivery was pleasent. Apparently, my father called in and told the florist to send me "something pretty"... thats it...and I've attached a picture of what I received. Also, THE VASE! Had GF anxiety a week ago after months in Europe for work. Called on a Friday at the end of the day, driver had left already for final delivery. Joe was amazing! Called his driver back in, quickly made a beautiful arrangement, I gave the wrong address by mistake, they called me, and driver then walked a couple of blocks to deliver just before the end of the work day. Let me start by saying that I chose this florist based solely on the reviews received from Yelp. When I called the florist, I spoke with Joe and he was eager and excited to help me place the perfect order. I needed a fresh white & bright arrangement for my best friend's graduation. Joe suggested a few options along with what I had in mind and he exceeded my expectations! What a great experience ! I live in Atlanta and needed to have some flowers delivered for my aunt in Miami for her birthday ! I was searching for a reliable, affordable, and professional place. I found it with Express flowers. I went strictly by the reviews and pictures. I spoke with Joe on the phone the day before needing the delivery. Joe and Ismael are rock stars!! I used them for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner this weekend and the flowers were the most magnificent arrangement I'd ever seen. I knew exactly what I wanted, but we needed to work hard to get the look at a reasonable price. I went to see two samples and they were beyond my wildest dreams. They were delivered promptly, actually earlier than I thought, and were used again on Suday for the brunch. They looked even more beautiful yesterday since thee roses are fully open. Excellent local flower shop. Joe is great, easy process, delivers beyond what's promised, fair pricing. I have a picture of the arrangement, but just ask him for the tall glass cylinder with a rose ball and submerged orchids, and whoever you're giving it too will be kissing your feet and thanking you for days!!

I know next to nothing about flower arrangements, but these guys were really able help. I called, with less than a days notice, to see if I could get an arrangement for my boyfriend's birthday. Was sent an arrangement by a friend and was so astonished at its beauty, how long it lasted, and the creativity. Shortly after I had to quickly put together a Bridal Shower for my older sister. Her request was vintage Miami. I got a few quotes and they were outrageous. The other companies brought me samples that looked like a funeral arrangement or a baby shower I remembered the arrangement i received from Express Flowers and of course, they were so accommodating. I told him my situation and on delivery day I was in awe with the amazing arrangements he put together for such a reasonable price!
