I hired Express to clean carpets and furniture after my cat started marking her territory per recommendation of Homeward Animal Shelter. Words cannot express how fabulous Alan is at Express. Thorough, specific, explained the entire process and made me feel reassured he could do the job for me. His work far exceeded my expectations and if you have a pet or not DEFINITELY give Express a try. You will be glad you did! By far the best in the business! As someone who is constantly busy and unable to always make phone calls during business hours, it was first a relief to have the option of emailing for an appointment instead. I had a response in less than 24 hours and was able to get a last minute appointment ahead of checking out of my apartment! Once setup, they made it so easy! I had been traveling all month on top of moving and working. Having to be at another appointment was not something I was real thrilled about but would have made it work if needed. This company gave me the freedom of not needing to be there by sending pictures of the completed work and paying the bill right online! They went above and beyond any and all expectations not only with the carpet cleaning, but by taking the time to send the pictures, a video even and by helping me out and cleaning the salt build up from the water that dripped from the fridge. Our 5 month old puppy that stays outside when we are at work got into the house. Needless to say he peed and pooped ALL OVER on our white carpet. Not to mention the dog decided that red play doh was his fine dining. This made for a big red stain in the girls room. With it being the end of the month and being Friday finding anyone that could come out and clean the carpets in the next day or two was not an easy task, but when I called Alan he was more than happy to get out to my house ASAP. Alan was going to be at my house the next day at 11:30am. I text Alan my address with happy thoughts of clean carpets. I got a text from Alan at 11:24am the next day that he was on his way. I was getting nervous when 11:40am came around and no Alan, but then I get a call and its Alan he is having trouble finding my house. After he reads of my address I inform him that I do not live on 23rd I live on 22nd (I want back and checked my message to Alan, and I did put down 23rd). Alan was very sweet about the big finger miss type LOL. Alan was amazing!! He kept me informed the whole time. Got out all the stains and then some. Even the mysterious blue stain that all 3 kids said they had no idea what it was. I tried all kind of things to get out that stain, with no luck. Alan is your man if you want the job done well. He was great to talk (very funny) too and was up front on pricing (great pricing). After Alan got the blue stain out I did find out from the kids the mysterious stain was from my daughter’s putty.
