Love this place! Great, caring Owner’s who really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and motivate you! I tweaked my back a few days ago and both Lisa and Brad shared exercises and stretches that have helped ease my pain dramatically! The facility is exceptionally clean, machines are new, environment is inviting and nice. Be sure to try Lisa’s smoothies and protein shakes! open 24/7! Love it.. can't remember the last time I was able to get some lifting in on a Sunday am. Ymca never opened until 2 on Sundays.
