I am certified in sports nutrition so I can help you get healthy. Help you lose weight and improve body composition. In addition, I can develop a nutrition program to help you improve performance at your sport. This service can also be at my studio, your home or online.
Sports Performance Specialist
I work with individual athletes or teams of athletes to help them take their sports performance to the next level. These sessions most often are at my fitness studio and/or at a park. I work with all age groups from pre-teen to adult athletes.
Nationally Featured Fitness Boot Camps
This fun and well-designed program has gained national attention. Boot camps are early morning and/or evening time. We meet 3 times per week and each camp runs for 4 weeks. You can expect to lose weight, develop muscle as you move toward looking great, feeling great and performing great. Most boot camp recruits lose between 5 - 10 lbs per 4 week camp. You will improve your conditioning as we help you reach your health and fitness goals.
