Megan is just a delight to work with. My wife and I rented an RV for one week and had a wonderful time touring Denali and Homer. I would strongly recommend renting from them. We found that Megan did a wonderful job training us on using the RV as well as giving recommendations as to where to stay. Everything on our RV worked normally. Best experience ever! Thank you Meegan for making everything about renting our RV so easy. The RV was immaculate inside and out. It was stocked with everything we needed and more, right down to mosquito repellent, aluminum foil, DVD's, cards, disinfectant wipes.,etc. You are so detail oriented and it was very much appreciated. Your website is totally accurate. You provided us with your cell in case we needed it( that was brave of you). You should also get an additional 5 stars for putting up with my brother (actually 2 of my brothers-after seeing our RV my younger brother will only rent from you in the future!), his wife and I are very grateful for that alone! You are professional, efficient, truthful, great sense of humor, and you drove us to our niece's house when we turned in the RV. Specialized attention! We loved it. We had a blast and we'll be back. What a phenomenal experience we had with our Explore Alaska RV! Not only was it immaculate + in perfect condition inside + out, but Meegan puts in all those little personal touches (Egyptian cotton sheets, big fluffy towels, great selection of DVD's) to give her guests the perfect home on wheels experience.
