This is the best training I have ever received. Not only has Jovon worked within my physical limitations, but he has worked on those limitations to build strength and balance which I never dreamed I would have. Jovon Times is by far the best trainer I have had. I have lost inches and weight and I love the size of the Gym. The work outs are great; he explains EVERYTHING so I know what I am doing so I do not injure myself. I recommend him for anyone who wants to loose weight and keep it off. Jovon knows his stuff! He also explains nutrition and teaches you what to eat and when. Jovon is very thorough and professional and worth every penny. His cost is GREAT too for all he offers. I recommend him to everyone!!! Jovon is a positive and encouraging personal trainer, but he also won't hesitate to let you know when you need to step it up! Be prepared for an intense workout!
