I hired Ryan to cook at the house for one of the nights we were in Avalon for a bachelorette. I didn't really know what to expect because I had never done anything like this before, but his food was AMAZING. All the girls agreed that it was absolutely delicious. If there was one complaint, it was that we had too much food on the menu! He brought everything he needed to cook the meal, and left the kitchen completely spotless at the end of the evening. What an amazing dinner Ryan prepared for a birthday celebration. Left it up to him to choose the courses and our group of 10 women were definitely not disappointed. Each of the 5 courses were fabulous and each being more delicious that the last. From his crab cakes to the lamb chops over risotto. it would be hard to choose which one was better. We hired Ryan to cater our wedding at the Cape May Convention Hall. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. Ryan and his staff were SO helpful and professional and the day ran so smoothly that our wedding planner didn't have to deal with any food issues. Executive Catering provided services for us in our family home outside of Cape May which was ended up being a blast! Ryan saved our party with a weeks notice due to our original caterer backing out last minute. Everyone on hand was friendly, professional and went above and beyond for me. (Which is not always easy)
Ryan and his staff are even traveling to my NY home for my next party!!

Ryan and his team at Executive Catering were amazing! Whenever I reached out to Ryan, he was always very responsive which was greatly appreciated. He was very personable and accommodating and made sure that my wedding was just the way I wanted it. Of course, most importantly, Executive Catering served absolutely delicious food which even exceeded my expectations. I actually had one guest say, "That was the best steak I've ever had at a wedding!" That was just one of the many rave reviews that my guests had about the food. Ryan and his team at Executive Catering recently catered my daughters wedding in the Cape May Convention Center and I can't say enough about the quality of the food and the service provided. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful! We had a filet and chicken entree as well as a vegan entree and I heard from so many guests about how good the everything was. The food at cocktail hour was soo good!
Servers were on top of everything and very nice. Ryan was helpful with the planning for the food and with the rentals which need to be provided at the Center. My husband and I keep saying how wonderful everything was It was and Ryan and his staff had a lot to do with it. Executive Catering was recommended to us by a close friend and after there services, we would do the same. Wedding planning can go over budget very quickly, but we were able to have a great catering experience and keep our costs reasonable. Executive listened to what we wanted for our wedding and was able to make it happen, while still giving us a great price. Ryan, the owner, personally met us before the wedding and was able to sit with us to lay out every detail beforehand. He had great advice on how the meals should be set up and served, and was able to exceed our dining expectations. Whenever we needed him for a question, he would answer every time, and was always quick to respond to our emails. The food turned out exceptional, and we had absolutely no complaints from any of the guests. His staff was professional and courteous, and even provided help when a guest accidentally cut her foot during the ceremony. We did not have to ask for anything during the wedding because they were one step ahead the whole time. Our wedding was held outside and Executive was able to set up and run all their equipment without any assistance and our wedding had almost 200 total guests. Ryan Kennedy created an outstanding culinary experience for our daughter's Cape May wedding in April. We had 270 guests, and everything ran perfectly! The dinner from appetizers to main course was superb! Our friends are still talking about the "best steak they ever had" and not just at a wedding reception. In addition to his talent as a chef, Ryan is a pleasure to work with when planning a wedding. During the planning, Ryan made himself available to meet with me (the wedding planner) and the management staff at the Cape May Convention Hall whenever I requested updates. He was quick to respond to my phone calls or texts with any follow ups needed. His suggestions for cocktail hour and dinner were outstanding, and yet he was completely open to incorporate any changes we suggested. The day of the wedding, I was able to relax, knowing he had everything completely under control, overseeing not just the wait staff and bartenders (who were very professional and courteous), but the food prep, ice delivery, table setup coordinated with event staff, etc. We would highly recommend Ryan Kennedy--very talented chef, super organized, and an absolute pleasure to work with! All I can say is that if it wasn't for Ryan and the Executive Catering Team, our wedding probably would of been a flop. We met about a year out and tasted Ryan's culinary creations. He set up a nice mix for a surf and turf (which my parents wanted) or a chicken dish (which i wanted to add to the menu as not everyone enjoys beef or fish). After making a decision to go with a plated salad and surf and turf. We started DIY'ing everything Pinterest has to offer. 3 days before our wedding I met with Ryan to finalize and drop off my stuff at Convention Hall. His staff happened to be there polishing the silverware and reassured me they would put up and out all of my creations. They did this perfectly! With almost 237 people coming from out of town it put some stress at ease. That night went off with out a hitch. Our food was hot & tasty (sadly i didnt try it till the next day). Our guests raved about the crab cake and filet and could not believe serving that many people they still got a hot meal. I would recommend ryan and his team to anyone and everyone. He went above and beyond our expectations. It was so nice to hear all the fabulous compliments about our reception. We are just a few days over our one year anniversary and are still receiving compliments on our food and dynamic service. Working with Executive Catering was a great experience. We had some trouble with a prior caterer and Ryan was able to fill in just a couple months before the wedding. Ryan worked within our budget, saw our vision, and we booked him without even having a food tasting, and the food turned fantastic! We have received many compliments about the service and the food! We were at a venue that didn\'t have an accommodating kitchen, he had his own mobile kitchen to bring and was able to work out of that. The staff were great, you didn\'t even notice them but everything was taken care of. Ryan catered to all our needs and went above and beyond for us on our wedding day.
