In my first home designed by ETD - almost six years ago - the attention to detail exceeded my expectations in style and execution. Six years later, my home is still very current; the materials used along with the furniture look new and contemporary. Patricia and her team know how to stay one step ahead of trends and plan appropriately. They are fantastic. The project was finished on time and on budget. Just moved into a small condo in Hollywood from Hungary back in July. I was used to having a lot more space when I was in Europe and was not sure where to put my furniture I had shipped here so I contacted these designers. They did a great job helping me figure out where to put everything and it was not near as expensive as some of the other designers I contacted. How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Your loft is suitable for conversion if there are existing support beams and no existing bearing walls that create odd spaces in the space. Our space planning will be able to determine the best flow of the home and within all rooms.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
1. Walk thru and discussion of the client's goals
2. Draft architectural drawing to determine all changes needed to structure, electric, plumbing etc.
3. Process any permits.
4. Meet with Design and Contracting team to begin planning out the budget and design process to be approved by client.
5. Implement design plan and begin Demo after permit is opened.
What’s your interior design process?
Exclusively to Design begins with a consultation to review the scope of the project. They complete a comprehensive walk- thru of your current home with photos and measurements taken by the team and specific contractors needed to complete the project. A thorough assessment of your project, home needs, family lifestyle and interests is then taken into account before the design process begins. With all questions answered they get to work in creating the best solution for you!

Our clients are very much involved, whether they are remote or live in the home, during the process so they are satisfied each step or we discuss and alter. In the end, our guarantee is that they will approve all that we do!

What inspired you to start your own business?
We were inspired by the growing need for dependable contractors and designers in the Florida market. We have experienced clients who have received unfinished work from contractors or poor furniture selections from the retail "Free Design Services" that needed to be re-done. We have received calls from client who are frustrated and at a loss as to how and where to start to remodel their homes so we took the time to find the right collaborative partners to be of service in all areas.
