This is a wee long but WELL worth the read. PLEASE do: "Do I recommend?" the question asks: Yes or No, it wants you to choose. - - I RECOMMEND, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE, I INSIST!!! - You need not look any farther for ANYTHING your little heart desires!! PLEASE, believe me, trust me!! Simply TRUST that you're far too busy to hunt for "the right florist"!! THIS IS IT: EXCLUSIVE FLOWERS!!! Aysa (and Rico) WILL fulfill your EVERY request!! If you think your needs, your request is impossible, it's crazy, it can't be done and there's not enough time...it probably is. BUUUUUUUTTTT: Your order WILL still be filled!! My Mumsey died in mid July, this past summer. My elder sister, who lives in Germany, handled all the arrangements for the Celebration of Life. She asked me to phone these guys. In between A LOT of crying, completely muddled thoughts and words I phoned and relayed my request. I didn't do as I was told. I did not phone these guys, I didn't know these guys!! NOOOOO! I did it my way. I did it the "easy way": close by, easy to get to, price will be good. I called Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart floral departments. I phoned a few closer to me, in Avondale, florists (you know, easier to get to). EVERYONE was bothered by my stupid crying, and definitely by my crazy request. Didn't I know that I was in Arizona, in the middle of summer, that I wasn't allowing enough time and (stop crying!!) We can't understand what you're sayiing!! EVERYONE: No, impossible, can't be done!! - EXCLUSIVE FLOWERS, (the place my sister told me to phone), was going to be my last call!! I was tired, sad, frustrated, angry, mostly SAD!! Aysa answered the phone and with a sweet, kind, loving voice first calmed me down, listened, asked questions about my Mums, (not my order or flowers) and she TALKED to me. About ten minutes later we began to "talk shop". - She said YES to everything I wanted, filled the entire order on time and with only a 2 and a half day time frame DELIVERED!!! We'd never met!! When I came into their shop, Aysa was with customers while I looked around. Rico came into the sweltering shop from behind me and immediately offered me a cold water. He'd brushed against the water bottle I was holding and must have decided it wasn't cold enough. As short as I can now make it I'm sharing with you that this couple knows their craft exceptionally well!! They will complete even your most exotic order, efficiently and in a timely manner!! Most of all they KNOW AND CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!!! I did not know this business nor this beautiful couple before this past July. Aysa and her husband Rico came into my life during the most painful time in mine, like a "God Shot". Great business and fantabulous people. - THIS IS YOUR FLOWER SHOP for life!!
