This company is highly recommended!! I called several companies to come out to my home and price shutters/roller shades. Excellent gave me the best price for what I wanted compared to all the other companies.Tony arrived for the in home estimate on time and wore shoe booties to keep our home clean. He was patient with our indecision and questions, very thorough and thoughtful in his measurements and thinking through the options (ie. which way the shutters will open based on our usage of the window), which darkness of shades to go with based on our own preferences for privacy and the how lights come in throughout the day.  Needless to say, we hired him on the spot!When his guys came out for the install, they were timely in their installation and had us look over their work when completed. My wife and the installers completely forgot to install the roller shade, but one call to Tony and he came out the next day to install the roller shades. What a great company to work with! William did the initial consultation. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Initially we were thinking about doing roller shades and never even considered shutters due to the expensive price that other companies had quoted us. William gave me quotes for roller shades as I had requested and when I asked last minute, he was also able to give a quote for shutters as well. The price was so amazing! About half the cost of other companies! My husband was out of town so I wanted to schedule a time to visit the show room. Tony was very accommodating and flexible and met with us on a non-working day (Sunday) and went over the samples and costs. We decided to move forward with installing shutters. The paperwork process was very easy- the technology they use was really convenient! Tony was able to text me my invoice and also followed up with me via text about my installation date. The day of installation, two technicians came and promptly got to work. They were very professional and did things quickly but with care. I had reached out to multiple companies and Excellent Blinds and Shutters has the best pricing by far.  Not only that but it was easy to communicate with them and schedule someone to come out and measure.  Other companies never even got back to me on the estimate.  They kept me up to date on the process and arrived right on time for installation.  They were quick and thorough and left our home with beautiful looking shutters that were expertly installed.  i also had a shade put in above the kitchen door and another above the patio door.  Chris showed us the different shades we could choose from and even took the time to recommend some options we might like to select from.  There was no talk about trying to sell us things we didn't want or anything like that.  He was very up front and honest about everything and I can see why they have perfect ratings on Yelp. I came across Excellent Blinds through yelp. I originally had gotten quotes from several other companies, but the price was significantly higher than what Tony had quoted. He was very detailed and helpful in giving his advice as to what would suit the windows best. We ended up installing shutters all throughout the house, with the exception of a roller shade in the kitchen. I could not be more happy with the quality of the shutters and the professionalism that Tony displayed all throughout. There was a problem with one of the panels as it did not stay open all the way, but Tony and his team came back and attached magnets on them which solved the problem. We love our shutters.  Tony is wonderful and helpful at explaining the different sizes of shutters and trim as options.  He had a great suggestion for the style we should go with that complimented our windows since they already came with a window sill and window skirt that was installed by our home builder. They did all this inside our budget so we decided to get the whole house done. Tony at Excellent blind and shutters is very nice and very helpful.  He reserve not 5 but 10 stars from me  for his excellent customer service, he will go out of his ways to help you resolve any issues you may have. After Tony called me to resolve the issue that I post on 5/9/19, I try to edit my post but for some reasons I couldn't updated that post. I check into my yelp account but it doesn't show that I had posted it.  I searched Yelp for support on how to... but it doesn't help, so I call the Yelp support rep he said he supports the business owners only,  there is no phone support for a free customer and after that he hang up on me. I think that's kinda rude. I can't believe Yelp hired this type of customer support personnel. It seems that when they don't make money out of you they will not help you, but any ways I will up date that post as soon as I find the way how to do it.I would highly recommend his company to my friends and family for their excellent service and best price on the market. Called Excellent Blinds and Shutters for an estimate and Tony showed up on time and provided different options for my roller shades. Tony gave me a reasonable price and the shades were installed quickly. I was impressed by the service and the quality of shutters. We ordered 14 shutters and two large electronic roller shades. They delivered the customized shutters and roller shades on time and Tony came himself with two men to do the installation. The quality of shutters and shades are outstanding. We were afraid at the first beginning before we had excellent shutters, but they really had our back and let us worry about nothing. We have four sliding doors in the living room which requires a wide scale of electronic roller shade. Tony came up with the current plan of having two motors can working at the same or different pace. He also solved the problem of the load-bearing and made the shades so perfectly attached. Excellent customer service and communication!  We just had 4 rooms done yesterday (4 rooms with auto shutters, 1 room with manual shutters).  We have enormous windows and The shutters look very sleek in all of the rooms.  I now feel like I am staying in a resort at home. Just a press of a button and they all go up or down. Installation was fast and professional. Tony came and made sure everything looked great and instructed us on how to use the automatic shutters. My office was in need of a new look and I went on yelp to find some vendors who do blinds/shades. I got in touch with Tony who stopped by to take measurements and talk about his services. Not only was Tony punctual with his appointment but he was also very informative. He gave me ideas and suggestions and brought the various samples they can offer. It was so easy working with him and his price was definitely reasonable compared to 3 other quotes I received. His company is so technologically advanced that he was able to give me an estimate on the spot. After giving him the deposit check, the receipt was also supplied on the spot. Next the installation date and time was scheduled. The day of the installation Tony came himself along with 2 crew members to complete the shades installation. My office staff and myself are completely happy with Tony and excellent blinds. We love our shades which gives the office a new modern look compared to the old school 70's blinds. We had a project that needed to be finished within 1 week on a rental property and Excellent Blinds & Shutters was the only company that was able to help us make that happen.  We spoke to Chris and he was very professional and prompt and that saved us a lot of time.  Not only that, the blinds came out amazing!  Very high quality and exactly what we had asked for. The process from start to finish was such a breeze! Looked at four estimates and 3 were within close range while HOME DEPOT (aka Avalon Shutters) was a total rip-off coming in at double the cost of any local contractors. We chose Excellent Blinds and Shutters because of their professionalism and communication. Also, they were the only company that could get the wood plantation shutters installed within 3 weeks. Tony Ma is the best!  I called Excellent blind and shutter for an estimate, unlike home depot or lowes who charge $50 for estimate.  They do estimate quotes for free!!Tony came to my house on time, spent the next 30 minutes measuring each and every window carefully, then went over their products and cost with me patiently, he even came back the second time to show me one of the materials that is not as popular so he didnt bring it the first time.  I decided to go with them after the second appointment since Tony make me feel very comfortable with his demeanor and competitive price also his professionalism.The installation was done within 3 hours for all 30 windows i have in my home.  Very professional and very speedy!  The quality of the shutters were top notch!If you are in the market for window treatment, give them a try!  They are the best!!!
