Absolutely loved my experience at this gym! The coaches are knowledgeable and the facility is clean and organized. Graham has done an excellent job with programming and the workouts are challenging, yet approachable for beginners. This CrossFit gym is my absolute favorite. Small, friendly and community oriented. Great events both in and outside of the gym. I have tried many others CrossFits in the Castle Rock area and this one is by far my favorite. Met up with a friend here today, who I had not worked out with in a while and to our surprise was a partner WOD. Drop in price was about average and included a T-Shirt which is hard to find around here. Everyone was extremely friendly to include front desk, coaches, members, and everyone I we came in contact with. Recently relocated to Castle Rock from out of state and CrossFit Beaver Menace is far and away the best gym in the area. The community is extremely welcoming and inclusive. If you are going to join a CrossFit box, this is the place to be. I could not imagine life without THIS Crossfit family. Two years ago I was depressed, out of shape, and defeated. These people have brought my "joy" back. Amazing trainers who push me to be stronger, who focus on each individual athlete, and care enough to know their skill levels and goals. We have trainers of the highest levels of certification, integrity and focus. They walk the walk. I've made friendships that will last a lifetime with fellow athletes. The focus is not on "looks," which is so refreshing. This is not a meat market. You are taken seriously as an athlete and your goals are not considered too big or too small. This place is about working hard mentally and physically, pushing yourself to where you did not think you could go, and encouraging every athlete from the big dogs to the terrified, intimidated soul walking in the door on day one. It was my first day and I was intimidated at first but I got through it! Ellen is an excellent coach and stuck through it with me and my sloppy ways but got me on track with the right form and it felt great! I think y'all got a new member! I've been a 'beaver' for about a year and a half now and can't say enough good things about the trainers and other members. The trainers are amazing, helping me through a shoulder injury, and finding ways for me to stay active during my rehab. The other members are fantastic and supportive, there aren't any gym 'cliques' where you feel like the outsider, everyone is always warm and welcoming. Come on down and give it a try!! More...

Was in town visiting family for holidays so l went just as a drop in. They were great: Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable trainers, challenging programming, clean facility, nice equipment, and extremely fair pricing. I have been purchasing custom wine bottles from Caren Goodman with Select Global Wines for several years now. The collage my dad received was 'the best present' he said he had ever received from me. The custom labeled wind I gave my best friend with the birth announcement of her new baby was a once in a lifetime gift, and the bottles I give my clients with my custom logo on it is met with smiles and delight every single time!
Enough about me, when I held a wine tasting, not only did the ladies purchase wine, and decided to hold parties themselves, I have had several contact me after wards to get back in touch with Caren to order more!
