I heard about Excel Medicine through my best friend. Immediately when coming into the office i was kindly greeted by the ladies in the front and was provided with paperwork. As soon as i finished filling out the forms, i was called in (literally no wait time!) When i met Dr. Singh i quickly noticed his amazing mannerism and felt very welcomed. He went on to ask me what i knew about the procedure, and quite frankly i didn't know much at all. After learning that he explained the procedure in detail. He also asked me what my main concerns were and what i wanted to see change. We discussed options and what would be the best fit for me, especially since it was my first time. As for the procedure, it was amazing! Dr. Singh really took his time and paid extra-attention to the places i was most concerned with. He also constantly paused so that i could see the progression. Once the procedure was over i was very pleased with my results! Overall I felt very involved in the process and I'm so happy that i came to Excel Medicine! Had a visit with Dr. Singh, after being provided with his expert advice on Botox- I decided to get the procedure done, it's a very simple and painless process (no time needed for recovery). Now, after two weeks I can see what a difference this has made. I had concerns about frown wrinkles on my forehead, I'm only 30, so they were not highly visible, but decided to go through with this as a preemptive measure. Because they were not very visible, others cannot see the difference, I however am very satisfied because I can see my forehead looks a lot more smooth, also the muscles I was using to frown my forehead are a lot weaker, hence I'm not using the muscle to frown as much as I normally would. Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor! I have been going to him since the practice opened up and would never even consider going to someone else. He takes the time to listen to you, understand your needs, and suggests the best services catered to you. Never once have I felt like he was pushing a product for the sake of a sale. He has a very comforting presence that eases the nerves of anyone who has little knowledge of the procedures they are inquiring about. I'm very happy with the results of all the procedures I have gotten thus far. Would DEFINITELY recommend anyone looking for a knowledge, fantastic doctor capable of transformational results to come to Excel Medicine. Dr. Singh is great! I joined the weight loss program for 3 months (from March - May 2018) I lost total of 16 lbs. The reason I post the review now is because I want to see if I can keep the same weight after the program is over. I'm happy to say that I haven't gain the weight back (6 months later) and I'm following Dr. Singh's advice for a healthy living style (eating healthy food, exercise and NO junk food). Dr. Singh was very thorough with his explanation of all the procedures I wanted done. I got the Dysport through a Groupon. Then paid $40 extra for an additional 10 units. My friend told me I should see results with 2-3 days, but Dr. Singh said two weeks. I'm a bit concerned because I haven't seen the results as of yet, BUT it just happened yesterday. However, he said if I wasn't happy with the process that I could come back for more injections for free. He's a good man! Cares about his patients from what I witnessed yesterday. Took a whole hour to spend with me. What doctor does that with you? No one! Very impressed! I will travel the 30 minutes just to see him. Have also been to SO many doctors for weight loss and he has a completely different program that will actually work for you. He has financing as well, including using your medical insurance if they accept it. His receptionist, Lam, is also great as well. Spotless office! Felt EXTREMELY comfortable, despite my major nerves of a needle going into my face, which wasn't even bad at all. I'm impressed to say the least.
