I'm giving Excel book writing 5 stars so far my book is not complete but it's in the process of becoming done. But I'm giving them five stars because I'm very pleased with who I am working with and I know he will continue to deliver and be a service to me.
I'm working with Brandon Ross oh my goodness he is the best! So nice and kind I'm so happy I got paired with him we work real well together. He always return my calls and e-mails and he even calls me and emails me and he checks up on me to make sure everything is okay. He is so thoughtful! Brandon comes through on everything that he saids. The deadlines have been met and if we need to push deadlines back a couple of days then I'm totally fine with that. So far We got the book cover done and introduction and 3 chapters done along with the table of contents and the back of the book cover done so far so it's definitely coming all together. I will be seeing the finishing touches on the back of the book cover this up coming week so I cannot wait. In the beginning of all this I was worrying about something I couldn't remember what it was but Ray miller said to me don't worry Jade we will take care of you! And they have been living up to their word. That definitely made me feel reassured.
Brandon is such an amazing project manager I couldn't have asked for nothing more he takes care of me and his Buisness I'm so happy to be working with him and I can't wait to see the finishing product! And the book cover is so beautiful just everything I could ever imagined! And I will definitely use them again for my next book! And I would definitely use Brandon Ross again and again as my project manager.

My project manager, Mikhail, seems to be genuinely concerned about having my book be right. I think that's because he and the rest of his team believe in my book. We are in touch every week since this project started and if he says he's going to get back to you in a certain amount of time, he does. There have been a couple times where I've sent in something to have edited and then it comes back and there are other changes made. I don't know if that was just a mistake on somebody's part or not. There have been other times where I've reviewed my book and there are spacing issues, for example, which I think they could have caught and made right since there are a publishing company but on the other hand that might be a good thing because that way it leaves all the decisions up to me and when the final product comes out it was based on my decisions. Every change I make is then corrected in the format and sent back to me for review. During my reviews, I always find something that I had missed before or want changed and there is never a problem. These guys are the best.
