Kendra G has been doing my cut and color for at least 6 years and I love her! She is so talented, keeps up to date on all training opportunities, and is very fun and personable. In October, my daughter was married at the local beautiful Sand Rock Farm and as a favor to me, Kendra helped with most of the hair for the wedding. She arrived at 7:45am and worked her tail off until at least noon. I'm attaching a photo of the bridal party so that you can see all of the gorgeous hair. My mom has been going to Kendra for years. So, when it came time to pick a hairdresser for my wedding, Kendra was the first choice. To say she was amazing would be an understatement! Kendra made my wife look like an absolute princess. I can't get enough of the photos of her hair. She also took my normally boring hair and turned it into something special. And, taught me how to do it at home! In addition to making my mom look like a rockstar as well, Kendra went on to do stunning looks for a number of our bridesmaids. Came here for the first time yesterday! I had an appointment with Alice for some color correction and a cut. I LOVED it. She was so kind and thoughtful. Was always checking in on how I was doing during the dye process and held great conversation. Plus the head massage after washing the dye out, WOW! The cut and color turned out beautiful and way better than what i was generally hoping for because i know my hair is a little hard to work with. She worked her magic for sure! Beyond happy with my experience at Evolve. The salon is spacious and beautiful and of course my haircut came out better than I had expected. Shout out to Anita for giving me a great cut and making me feel so good about it. I went in for a short cut and showed her a picture, and like I said it came out even better. Recently I have utilized Evolve Beauty Lounge for my wedding needs and I have only the highest praise for all the services. Bailey is THE BEST! Not only did she cute & color my hair, but also placed micro link & tape extensions for my wedding. Two days before my wedding, Bailey checked my extensions as well as placed my eyelash extensions and spray tan. I LOVE everything she has done for me as well as my mom - she did another fantastic color & cut! Chelsie did the hair & make up for my wedding and my mom, sister, and I were very happy with the results. She came to our hotel so we could get ready and do touch ups before leaving. My sister usually likes very minimal eye make up but loved her look & eyelashes that Chelsie did. Faye the aesthetician is fantastic too! My groom was in need of a facial as he tends to get blackheads repeatedly in the same location. This was the first facial he did with microdermabrasion and he liked it a lot. His skin looked fantastic for the big day. Everyone in the salon is friendly and easy to talk to. There's a snack station with coffee, water, tea, and edibles for clients to enjoy. I have been going to Evelyn to style my hair for almost 20 years. She does the most amazing cuts and coloring. She is helping me return to my natural grey color by blending in my natural color with my dyed color. This is allowing me to avoid the dreaded grow out of my colored hair. Nikki is the best! I've been going to her ever since I moved to Santa Cruz about 8 years ago. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair. She does exceptional cuts, and even when I go back to get a trim, I only do it because my hair gets so long and heavy. She styles it so it grows out nicely and maintains its shape. She's also one of the most inspirational and supportive people I know, and my hour with her should cost much more than what I would pay for a life coach. Nikki has also started cutting my daughter's hair (4 years old), and I am so thankful for her patience, as my daughter hates getting her hair cut. (My daughter is obsessed with Rapunzel) we collaboratively figured out the best way to distract her while she made sure all her split ends were taken care of. I highly recommend Nikki at Evolve!
