Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and not judgemental. They understand everyone starts their fitness journey somewhere. The training is well rounded and they don't push you too hard to avoid injury.
At the same time they encourage you to push yourself (but don't injure yourself). It's great they have multiple staff including a nutritionist working together to help you better yourself.
I've only just started, so no physical results yet, but I've totally changed my lifestyle. I used to be lazy and lethargic and didn't have the motivation to do anything for myself. Now I'm waking up early to make breakfast and actually eat 3 meals a day. I have a daily steps goal I actively try and meet. I'm feeling hopeful about meeting my fitness goals.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We build relationships with each member and we find out what is keeping them stuck from reaching their fitness & health goals. Whether it's emotional eating behaviors, accountability, or tweaking their diet, we work with them to overcome these obstacles so they can build the body & health of their dreams!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no secret - eat processed foods in moderation, eat more whole, quality foods often, be in a caloric deficit, get good sleep, limit stress, build muscle! We believe in taking a baby step approach with our members by starting small with this lifestyle to build BIG! Consistency + a plan = success
What do you love most about your job?
Building relationships with our members and seeing them overcome bad habits with ease and seeing them achieve big results! Basically, we love transforming lives!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Kevin & I (Christine), started our gym Evolve Athletics because we love this lifestyle and we know the confidence we gained because of it. We wanted to have a gym of our own and impact lives everyday through health & fitness.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we don't just create random exercises and string them together and cross our fingers for results - Same goes for our nutrition coaching. We are methodical and science based with everything we do & we are heart driven. Meaning, we do what we do because we love it and we love changing lives!

We provide services online and remotely. You can either do online coaching with us or come in for personal training or group training classes!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have limited our classes to 8 people per class and members must keep 1 pair of adjustable dumbbells with them at all times. We move in a pair to different stations per every circuit and we sanitize everything we touch to ensure the safety and covid protocols are being tracked efficiently!

If you currently are staying indoors due to covid and need accountability, structure, and a plan, then join our online coaching community where we give you a customized training & meal plan every 4 weeks to help you reach your fitness & health goals!
