My friends and I enjoyed an amazing customized session with Samantha - we did some dance, yoga, and guided meditation. Samantha made a playlist with our favorite songs in advance and made us feel so comfortable! We all left feeling more relaxed/centered but also invigorated! What a special time... With Samantha Ray Mifsud and the folks of Evolution, who comes first is you. ..Learning, feeling, understanding...What is best for you is the most important aspect of Evolution. Samantha goes into great detail with her teaching, giving you a sense of understanding, even it's your first time in.
