I’ve been training 1 on 1 with Dr.Izzy for almost a year now - not only is he extremely knowledgable, but he tailors our workouts to my needs and abilities, not to mention they are always KILLER and freaking challenging every time! ! If I could rate Izzy's personal training services with 10 stars I would. He is a true professional who listens to his clients and helps them achieve their goals. He is especially good with injuries and has helped me regain almost full strength in my arm / shoulder after I had multiple surgeries and thought I would never be able to do a push up again! Because I was once an intern with dr lira and dr Brisby many moons ago i tend to recommend both knowing that they are both knowledgable in sports medicine and training. ...because friends and family know I have worked with dr lira they tend to ask me if I would go to him if I was in pain or needed some type of training and I would say YES! I always say yes! If you are reading this wondering if you should go to dr lira do not hesitate! He is one of the best! He and dr Brisby are the reasons why I plan to finish what I started in sports med and kinesiology! Where do I even begin!! I had been experiencing a lot of health issues and wasn't able to workout for quite a while.
