First time getting flowers in this area. Read the reviews before coming in and they were all accurate. Kathy was awesome and very friendly. I came in at 12, told her what I was looking for and she said I could pick up my flowers at 3:30. Came back at 3:30 and the bouquet was sitting on the counter ready for my pickup. There are few things more disturbing than a friend or family member in the hospital, unless that person is in the hospital on the other side of the country. I ordered blindly from Eve's Florist and chose a beautiful Christmas arrangement for my friend who just had (successful) open heart surgery. I pre-called the care facility where she was recouping and even double checked room number. Kathy took my order and old me when to expect delivery, so when I hadn't heard anything for a couple days, I checked w/ my friend and she had received nothing!!! Called Eve's and spoke to Kathy, who actually made the arrangement. She did some research and called the facility, which was above and beyond, as her responsibility ( creating and delivering arrangement) was completed and found the nurse who accepted, never got them to her room!!! Now she's going home and I wanted to send ( and pay for) new flowers to that address and Kathy was kind enough and apologetic enough to do so without an additional charge. UNBELIEVABLE!!! What a wonderful experience. After another florist was not able to accommodate me in a timely fashion as I goofed on the date of my wedding anniversary, Eves stepped in and put together three amazing bouquets for my wife. I was definitely impressed with their ability to accommodate a same-day delivery in a pinch. I normally don't go to florists for a quick bouqet of fresh flowers, but due to circumstances, I ended up at Eve's front door and walked in. I told them the occasion, my 'lower' price point of $15, and they were so helpful. I don't know why I haven't gone here before! For $15 they made me the most beautiful boquet of fresh cut flowers that the recipient LOVED!! The flower arrangement they made would have easily cost me around $25-30 at Publix or Walmart...and I'm sure would have been ridden with semi-wilting flowers.
