How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Assessment, communication, education and consistency. I have to learn about my clients (exercise history, diet, routines, goals) and then assess their capabilities and diet to develop a plan. Even then, the plan is just the first step! We communicate regularly, reassess, discuss the difficulties they're having and the things that will lead to their success and then adjust the plan accordingly.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency in exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. Sorry to say this but there are no easy, quick fixes!! A person doesn't become overweight after one bad meal or fit after one workout. Think about the amount of time it took for you to notice you weren't achieving your goals or had developed unhealthy habits - it wasn't overnight and the fix won't happen overnight either but the rewards of developing a good foundation of habits and healthy lifestyle will last for a lifetime.

Watching clients succeed and grow and express how happy they are with the services I provide.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A combination of autonomy, personal growth and the desire to pass knowledge and experience to people who can benefit from it.
Why should our clients choose you?
My program designs are tailored specifically to each client based on their assessment, goals, preferences and lifestyle. We will discuss nutrition principles and talk about how various other factors affect each client's health. I don't force clients into contracts, make promises I can't keep or mislead clients about expectations or outcomes to make money. This is about their best path to health and wellness.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
At this time, I only provide services remotely. Doing so allows me to offer services to more clients at a lower cost and with more flexibility than many personal trainers. This system works great - for the right people!! Some people need an in-person trainer or group class to help with motivation and accountability and that's OK! If I don't think my services are right for you, I will let you know and if I can refer to someone who can help you I absolutely will.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My services are completely online, our clients can make their own decisions on how to best protect themselves from Covid-19.
Personal Training/Remote coaching
We offer a variety of remote coaching/personal training options. Remote coaching offers a personalized programs with maximum flexibility that fits your schedule - all at a much more affordable price than typical personal training.
A typical personal trainer costs AT LEAST $40-50/hour which can lead to costs of $480 -$600/month. Most of our clients will be in the $100/month price range with greater discounts available for small groups.
