Absolutely love this gym! Fallon Grandfield has been my trainer for a total of 120 sessions over the past 2 years and has changed my life! She helped me become a healthier mother of 2 and get into better shape after multiple surgeries. She has a heart of gold, a bubbly personality & is highly educated in the field. I am so honored to know her and she has even inspired me to become a certified personal trainer myself with the same certification she has! I highly recommend her. The gym itself has very friendly employees and most of the trainers have been there for years. The parking lot is a lot smaller now, sure but it just means I wake up earlier and arrive when there are less people, or go later on at night. More...

If you're looking for fancy, sophisticated trainers and lots of bells and whistles this is not the gym. If you can come in and do your own thing and leave, for $10/month it's great. I, like many others, am not looking for a click. I have my goal to work on so I do the work and leave. They also just got some new great cardio machines. Can't beat the price. More...

I have belonged to a lot of other gyms in Delaware and Annapolis. This gym has LOTS of equipment, all kinds of classes at convenient hours. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the personal trainer assigned for my free training session. Having had neck and knee surgeries, I needed some specific ideas. I swear he knew more than most of the physical therapists I have been to over the years.Everyone working there has been helpful. I can't imagine what some of the negative comments here about the staff could be referring to. Everyone who works here is friendly and encouraging.I have taken a number of the aerobic type classes and spin and they were great and the other members have been friendly.The facility is EXTREMELY CLEAN.
